Magnetic properties of Pb-=SUB=-1-y-=/SUB=-Sc-=SUB=-y-=/SUB=-Te alloys

چکیده

The magnetic field dependences of the magnetization (B≤9 T, T=2-70 K) samples from a single crystal Pb 1-y Sc y Te (y=0.01) ingot, synthesized by Bridgman method, are studied. It is established that, in accordance with generally accepted model rearrangement electronic structure alloys during doping, there no paramagnetic contribution scandium ions located nodes metal sublattice studied samples. contains several contributions: superparamagnetism clusters, linear diamagnetism lattice and paramagnetism free electrons, as well oscillating de Haas--van Alphen effect. main clusters successfully approximated using Langevin function. average concentration, moment total per unit volume sample were determined an increase impurity concentration along ingot.
